ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤ ‘ਚੋਂ A ਕੈਟੇਗਰੀ ਦਾ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਦੀਪਕ ਟੀਨੂੰ ਫਰਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਦੀਪਕ ਟੀਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਫਰਾਰ ਹੋਣ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ CIA ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਵੇਖੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਭ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਦੌਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਗਏ ਸੀਐੱਮ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਗਰਬਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਹਮਲਾਵਰ ਹੈ। ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਂਸਦ ਹਰਸਿਮਰਤ ਕੌਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਲਿਖਦੇ ਹਨ:- “ਜਦੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ‘ਚ ਗਰਬਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਸ਼ਰੂਫ ਸਨ, ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਦਾ ਕਾਤਲ ਦੀਪਕ ਟੀਨੂੰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਸਟਡੀ ‘ਚੋਂ ਫ਼ਰਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਫੋਨ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਫੇਰ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੱਥਕੜੀ ਦੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ‘ਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਕੋਈ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ‘ਚ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ ਹੈ।”

ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਲੀਡਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਸੀਐੱਮ ਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਿਆ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸ ‘ਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਦੀਪਕ ਟੀਨੂੰ ਫਿਲਮੀ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਨਸਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤ ‘ਚੋਂ ਫ਼ਰਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ, ਜਦਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ‘ਚ ਗਰਬਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।”

ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਕੁਲਜੀਤ ਨਾਗਰਾ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਸੀਐੱਮ ‘ਤੇ ਤੰਜ ਕਸਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮਾਨ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਰਬਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੰਗੜਾ ਪਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।” ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ-ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਅਪਰਾਧੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਚੁੰਗਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਮੂਕ ਦਰਸ਼ਕ ਬਣੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ‘ਆਪ’ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਨੁਕਸਾਨਦੇਹ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਸਭ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ਦਾ ਬਿਆਨ ਵੀ ਸੁਰਖੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਦੇ ਫਰਾਰ ਹੋਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਨਿੱਕੀਆਂ-ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਘਬਰਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ।
ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਖੂਬ ਕਿਰਕਿਰੀ ਹੋਈ। ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਲੀਡਰ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਨਿਯਮਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਨਿੱਕੀਆਂ-ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸੋਚਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਖੇਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਗੈਰ-ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਰ-ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਲੀਡਰ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਣ ਅਹੁਦਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਤੈਨਾਤ ਹਨ।”
ਬਾਜਵਾ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਇਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਣਗਹਿਲੀ ਦੀ ਹੱਦ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ‘ਚ ਕੁਤਾਹੀ ਨਾ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਕਰਨ ਯੋਗ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ-ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਹਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ‘ਚ ਲਏ ਗਏ ਸੰਗੀਨ ਅਪਰਾਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੈਂਡਲ ਕਰਨ ‘ਚ ਅਸਮਰੱਥ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਰੱਬ ਹੀ ਰਾਖਾ ਹੈ।”
This is height of Punjab Police and Administration's carelessness and negligence. Such errors and security breaches are inexcusable. Punjab's law and order situation are upon the winds. If they are incapable of handling hardcore detained criminals then God save the common man.
